Fair use rationale for Image:CHED.png

Image:CHED.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Neri is no longer the chair fo CHED since he replaced De la Paz. The Ched now has no head, and is yet to be appointed.--Florentino floro (talk) 13:00, 10 July 2008 (UTC)

Chairman post now vacant

I had to add the update of the section on Chair. Since Neri was out of Ched, since he was appointed SSS head, then, now, CHED's post for chair is vacant. Reader of Wiki must not be mislead in researches that NERI is still Chair. That is misleading. So, Wikipedia, to be reliable, must be duly updated. Centers of Excellence and Centers of Development section

I've commented out the list because of a stream of unsourced and unexplained edits by anonymous users. Whether or not the list itself does is compatible with WP:NOT and WP:Trivia is debatable. Moreover, the only reference used for ANY of the entries therein is an outdated CHED link that cites data from February 2001. Until the relevance of the list itself is established, each entry is verified and has an adequate source, the list should remain removed lest it be a source of baseless comeuppance.Rmcsamson (talk) 19:01, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

fees in college

Good Day Sir/Madam,

I just want to ask a clarificatory question regarding an additional fee after the final examination of my daughter..

My daughter Charlene A. Bayocboc was currently enrolled at Columban College at Olongapo City, Zambales taking BS in Electronic and Communication Engineer. I just want to clarify if it is an order from your good office that they should undergo a compulsory assessment test with an additional fee amounting to one hundred fifty pesos(Php 150.00)not included to their tuition fee for every engineering student after their final examination. Based on the letter from the Dean of Engineering that was sent to the parents stating that it is required to be able to determine the diagnostic capability of the student.

In my own understanding, by merely doing assessment on the grades of the student, they can easily determine if the student learned or determined on what subjects she is weak. This Assessment Test were required by the said institution to those 1st, 2nd and 3rd year college of Engineering. I can email to your good office the letter we received from the Dean of Engineering of Columban College thru our daughter.
