For later readers who come across this, no, grains is correct; the U.S. traditionally uses this unit for bullet weights. Grains are much smaller than grams; there are about 15.4 grains per gram. A bullet of 107 grams would be a monstrously heavy thing for a handgun to shoot. That's about the weight of a modern 20 mm autocannon round; in more ordinary terms, it approaches the weight of a baseball. --Colin Douglas Howell (talk) 08:40, 16 December 2020 (UTC)
