I would like to expand this article, but it is not proper to leave a source describing the type of stromatolites this taxon forms as a substantive reference for the organism, as it is not, so I have reverted my edit. I am failing to understand what the problem is to be honest. I readded that Collenia is a genus. Unless the reference you added was factually wrong, I cant say as I dont have access to it, it should stay in the article.--Kevmin§06:08, 26 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
The reference I added isn't about Collenia as a genus. I am watching this article as part of the algae and paleobotany articles I monitor. You may, however, feel free to maintain it as you desire, without my interfering with it. --Kleopatra (talk) 06:11, 26 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
