Contesting speedy deletion
editHuh...I've tagged so many pages for speedy deletion, and here I am contesting one myself. Hopefully I can do a proper job :)
The subject is a notable blogger and author; these claims are made in the first sentence of the article. Although WP:CSD#A7 only needs claims of importance, additional notability per WP:BIO is established by the sources provided both in the article, which are profiles written by major news organizations (ABC News, BBC News, and The New York Times) as well as the additional links above. --jonny-mt 03:33, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
- I will remove it. Cheers. Earthbendingmaster 03:38, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks! --jonny-mt 03:48, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Why is this important to this article? I'm willing to agree it's accurate, but why is it important? — Arthur Rubin (talk) 07:56, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
Add Category:Energy conservationists. This is obvious: no petrol, no electricity, local food, etc... 99.35.9.189 (talk) 01:28, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
- Doubtful. Even though that category is, itself, a bit vague, he doesn't meet the description "... who have contributed to the development or promotion of energy saving devices or legisation." — Arthur Rubin (talk) 17:15, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
Add { { Sustainability } }
editAdd {{Sustainability}} 19:35, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
- For a navigation template, he must appear in the template in order for the template to be in his article. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 19:57, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
How does one get to "the template"? 20:03, 25 January 2011 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.87.29.188 (talk)
- Colin would have to appear in {{Sustainability}}. If that were the case, I would reluctantly agree that {{Sustainability}} should appear in this article. — Arthur Rubin (talk) 20:14, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
