Too Technical? edit
I don't really think that is the issue. The article is hard to understand because it tries to cover a complex subject at a high level without drilling in, therefore it is not informative. It could use some examples and definitions. Propose to remove the "too-technical" template but leave the "expert needed". Dankarl (talk) 21:54, 20 October 2018 (UTC)
