Talk:Coffee Cupping/to do

Have you worked at Starbucks for a year or two? Then you have the knowledge to tackle some of this to-do list.

  • Create a chart or list of possible coffee flavours, and one for aromas. Perhaps it could be a comprehensive chart eventually, somewhat similar to the "Coffee Cupper's Aroma Wheel" and "Taste Wheel" I've seen posters for.
  • If you can get the copyright, upload images of said wheels.
  • Flesh out body, acidity, and balance.
  • Describe the flavours native to each part of the world, namely the Americas, Asia and Africa.
  • Track down tasting competitions and organizations, describe them, and link to them.
  • Describe the process of tasting coffee in more detail, from the deep inhilation to the slurping to the spreading it around your tongue.
  • How do professional cuppers grade coffee?
  • Upload a picture of someone intensely sipping coffee.
