I started this page as an outgrowth of the Pruitt-Igoe article. I removed a portion of that article done by user NVO that was a starting stub. I added some general intro and some verification of different fact. The Additional Readings section is culled as well from Pruitt-Igoe but paired down slightly. There are additional articles that deal with Cochran, but I have not had time to read them or find permalinks.
This article certainly has a lot of possibility as Cochran Gardens was quite successful and is the antidote to Pruitt-Igoe in some ways. Help would be greatly appreciated.--Richard W. Pointer (talk) 06:05, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
