Again, we should have a blazon here rather than a "description," or possibly in addition to it. Given that there is a precise system for describing these things, why would it be necessary to resort to circumlocutions? --Daniel C. Boyer 19:30, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

The eagle' s tincture

The eagle is depicted as being gules, argent and azure, but is described in the text as proper, which means it should acctually be brown and white! Arms Jones (talk) 20:01, 31 October 2013 (UTC)
