"Red Kangaroo" doesn't normally mean that? edit

Was the image drawn by someone from outside Australia based on a written description? Most other depictions of the Coat of arms of Adelaide, particularly from within Australia, show a much more natural looking Red Kangaroo, not bright scarlet red. Irtapil (talk) 11:56, 17 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Two male red kangaroos fighting

I added an image on the page to show what a red kangaroo looks like. I worry fighting maybe gives the wrong vibe?cBut it's the clearest image could find on the Red Kangaroo page, the others are in shadow or bright light, or from a long way away?The other option is this lone male.

Weirdly "grey kangaroos" are sometimes a brighter red. Macropus fuliginosus
