Notable players
editI removed both Pedro Reyes and Carlos Ruiz (footballer) from the list, as their contributions for the club were minimal and they didn't even play for that long. Reyes played around 2004 and 2005 and had to go back to Chile because he was mostly injured the whole time, while Carlos Ruiz did have an impressive Apertura 2009 being the team's topscorer but I don't think he deserves a spot among all those players who have countless caps, world cup participations and international trophies like the Libertadores won. Olimpia Asunción → Club Olimpia —
- ' — The club's name is Club Olimpia. I don't know where Olimpia Asuncion came from. — MicroX (talk) 00:47, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- Or to Club Olimpia (Asunción)? There are likely many clubs with names more or less similar to "Club Olympia". Anthony Appleyard (talk) 05:22, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- Club Olimpia (Asunción) seems to be a reasonable choice.
