Pro-labor slant
editThis article is clearly unbalanced in favor of labor and those on the so-called "blacklist". Article needs are write without the leftist agenda. PainMan (talk) 15:12, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, extreme NPOV issues in this one. Says he suffered prosecution and "persecution." That's a subjective judgment call. It means that he was hounded without cause, which is an opinion, not a fact. It also mentions that the film about him, "Salt of the Earth" was directed by the "blacklisted" director Herbert Biberman. Why not the provable Communist party member Herbert Biberman? Biberman was blacklisted for being a Moscow propagandist. That would be a more accurate depiction of what actually transpired. 178.76.165.48 (talk) 04:54, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
