I'm quick failing this article, which is something I haven't done before. Although it is well-referenced, it has major structural problems. The biggest issue concerns information which lies in the lead section (which is supposed to be a summary of the article below) which is unique within the article. Because of all this unique information, the lead is disproportionately large when compared to the article below. Some sections are textless, and just contain tables. Fix these issues and resubmit for GA when the structural issues are resolved. Thegreatdr (talk) 17:28, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
