From a religious point of view, it is directly insulting to Buddhism.

a true Buddhist wouldn't be in the least "insulted", "directly" or otherwise...just mildly amused by the ways of the world? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.46.65.140 (talk) 09:43, 10 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
Article on Buddha Bar deleted for lack of sources. Concerns about it being insulting are not relevant unless there is important discussion elsewhere of this. Such an addition would be welcome, as would more sources showing the notability of the bar and its associated music. Its true that buddhists would generally not be incensed by this. All behaviors stemming from uncontrolled desire eventually reveal buddha nature in those who suffer from the behaviors, according to buddhism.(mercurywoodrose)75.61.135.200 (talk) 21:55, 24 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
