Query on article

@TheGreatSG'rean: not sure, depending on the motivation of the joint ventures I suppose. There's also another one back in 2007 called Botania. The JVs are supposed to create big developments if I'm not wrong. TheGreatSG'rean (talk) 19:16, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

JVs are dime a dozen. Not all need to be mentioned. Potential DYK nom?

@TheGreatSG'rean: Thinking of DYK this article, with the show house hook. However, it may face two issues. First, the COI contributions, which we can resolve by factchecking, repositioning and/or minimising them. Second, prior AfDs. I am uncertain how it would affect the nomination process.
