CityNightLine Passenger Compartments appears to be abandoned, and in any case does not contain enough context or assertion of importance to stand by its own. Its information should be partially deleted and partially merged to CityNightLine. --Nlu (talk) 09:15, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Route list out of date edit

According to the current timetable (Valid 14.12.08 - 12.12.09) [1] the number of CityNightLine routes in operation is different from that on this page. Is the list up to date, or does it include discontinued or adjusted trains? According to that timetable, CityNightLine currently operate the following:

  • Apus Amsterdam/Dortmund - Milano
  • Aurora Copenhagen - Basel
  • Borealis Amsterdam - Copenhagen
  • Canopus Zurich - Dresden/Prague
  • Capella Munich - Berlin
  • Cassiopeia Paris - Munich/Innsbruck
  • Eridanus Amsterdam/Dortmund - Vienna
  • Hans Christian Andersen Innsbruck/Munich - Copenhagen
  • Komet Hamburg - Zurich/Brig
  • Kopernikus Amsterdam - Prague
  • Lupus Munich - Rome
  • Pegasus Amsterdam - Zurich/Brig
  • Perseus Paris - Hanover (Hamburg) Berlin
  • Pictor Munich - Venice
  • Pollux Amsterdam - Munich/Innsbruck
  • Pyxis Munich - Hamburg

This also renders the colour coding with the map (which is not an ideal Wikipedia image re:its source) inaccurate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamesbrownontheroad (talkcontribs) 15:38, 29 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I wouldn't bother changing it just yet, though - the timetable for 13/12/09 onwards will be out soon (mid-October) and I believe that Apus will be discontinued and possibly some others. Brickie (talk) 13:39, 18 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
This list very rarely gets updated. I don't think anybody's done anything significant to it since I started working on it almost a year ago. It was already very out of date by that time. The map no longer matches either (eg. Orion).
Unless it's likely to get updated on a regular basis, I wonder whether we should even be including this information here? It's potentially useful, but maybe it's more sensible just to link the website / timetable (as is the case already) if the only reliable up-to-date information is there anyway. (If it sees timely updates in the future, then it would be useful to keep it here, however.) --David Edgar (talk) 16:51, 18 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
