Assessment, stub class for now edit

I wrote this article but have unable to get anyone to assess it. I will try to be neutral and will happily allow someone else to change the assessment. I assessed this as a c quality article for the Wikiproject Musical Instruments, it being in depth with many sections and images and references. However it needs more than just characteristics and construction/tuning. It needs context--who played it, what kind of music, who heard it? I rated it a mid importance because it was a widespread instrument in Medieval European music and may have influenced the development of other instruments, including guitar. The article is comparable to gittern or Mandore (instrument). If you improve it and want reassessment or to change the assessment or need help or have questions, please drop me a line.Jacqke (talk) 03:08, 10 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
