The Frederico Careca Penske-Buick is NOT a CART race car. It was originally a CART racer but neither the Sportscar bodywork which covers the tyres, nor the Buick 3.3 litre turbo, are CART legal. The Buick V6 turbo is a USAC spec Indianapolis 500 engine which allowed larger engines for modified road car engines as opposed to specialist racing engines which were limited to 2.65 litres.
