Information in the 'See also' section should be moved to a different section in the article edit

In my opinion, the information contained within the 'See also' section of the article should be moved to a different section of the article as the 'See also' section of the article usually only contains links to relevant Wikipedia articles. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 09:30, 5 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Dublin in the UK? edit

"(...)Cineworld was the leading cinema operator in the UK (...) with 99 cinemas and over 1,017 screens, including Cineworld Dublin—Ireland's single largest multiplex by screens and customer base." Why would anyone count a cinema in Dublin as "in the UK"?--92.201.182.96 (talk) 08:14, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Sentence structure now tweaked to sort this. Dormskirk (talk) 08:36, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

The company is not defunct edit

An editor keeps adding unsourced information to the infobox stating that this company became defunct on 8 October 2020. This is information is unsourced and untrue. The cinemas may have shut down in 2020 (and this is well documented in the article) but the company still has a huge property portfolio and remains a member of the FTSE 250 Index i.e. largest companies on the London Stock Exchange. See here. If the editor genuinely believes the company is in the process of administration or liquidation, they should provided reliable published sources per WP:CITE and WP:RS. This news article could be edited in to history edit

[1]. It's a pretty abnormal event in the UK to pull a film because it's secterian along with it being for the safety of its staff and cinema-goers so I feel it could do with a mention. Reason I'm not adding it to history myself is my laptop is broken, so I can't properly format the link. Phil of rel (talk) 21:49, 8 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
