Name of Article edit

This article started life as St James the Great Worcester, (no comma between Great and Worcester) created by User:Rhodewarrick471. This article name was problematic because it gave no indication that the the subject of the article was a church. After looking at the disambiguation page for St James the Great (disambiguation) it was clear that there were three styles of naming articles about a church named St James the Great:

  1. Church of St James the Great, PLACENAME
  2. St James the Great Church, PLACENAME
  3. St James the Great, PLACENAME

Of these the first is the clearly the best style, it immediately tells you it's a church and secondly it tells you where the church is and the PLACENAME aids in disambiguation. So I moved St James the Great Worcester to Church of St James the Great, Worcester. User:Bamyers99 has now moved the article to a completely idiosyncratic naming style of St James, The Great, Anglican Church. This gives no indication of where this St James the Great church is and the naming style is unique to itself. I strongly recommend we move the article back to the Church of St James the Great, Worcester, as this name matches one of the common naming styles already in use, it tells you it's a church and it tells you where the church is. @Waynejayes: I didn't notice your page move in the history. All I saw was Rhodewarrick471 (talk · contribs) blanking Church of St James the Great, Worcester and creating a duplicate here. --Bamyers99 (talk) 14:31, 30 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
