I really wanted to add the following line, but I was unable to find 2 sources with this information. If anyone can verify that he did receive this medal, please feel free to add that information.

"He was out of high-school for one month when he was given the highest award given to civilians – the Congressional Gold Medal in Washington, D.C. in June 2002."

It was wrong. He got the Congressional Award gold medal, which is different than the Congressional Gold Medal. I've fixed that and cited a source. --Craig Stuntz 17:14, 27 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
