I highly suspect this page is being used as a self-published wiki resumeedit

Does anyone else think this? This career page is ridiculously long for such an irrelevant youtuber — Preceding unsigned comment added by SailingOn (talk • contribs) 15:07, 4 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Absolutely. I literally came here to say the exact same thing, so it's funny that the only entry I found on this talk page is that very sentiment. I just watched one of Pirillo's videos and there was a good amount of self-serving alpha-dork on display there. I'm not saying the guy doesn't have some interesting stuff going on or that he's *completely* irrelevant, but there's about a .02% chance that Chris Pirillo wasn't the sole author of this WP entry on Chris Pirillo. I just came here to check up on this guy and I was kind of shocked to see so much had been stripped out. Yes, he's an irrelevant YouTuber now after he seemingly imploded his career but he *used* to be a really big deal online. For a long time in the late 2000s, he was the first result on Google when you searched for just "Chris" and he was by far the biggest tech YouTuber in those days. Wikipedia should still be a source of record on people who have since faded into obscurity.Spanky Deluxe (talk) 15:38, 12 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
Spanky Deluxe biggest tech youtuber of his day or not, we require reliable sources per WP:BLP and content cannot be restored until such sources are provided. YODADICAE👽 15:53, 12 May 2021 (UTC) :Spanky DeluxeReply
Praxidicae I had added some for wayback machine and just went through and added a few more from a little googling from Seattle Magazine, IMDB and other places and had rewritten a chunk of it to be more historical rather than looking like a bio but your revert caused conflicts when I went to save and I lost it all.I don't have the time or energy now to redo it all for the profile of a guy I don't like very much. I guess you win and get to erase him from history. Most of his history is pretty easily found on Google and Archive.org right now for someone else that might want to revert stuff back with a bit of leg work. The guy may have had some kind of mental breakdown that lead to him fading into obscurity but his impact on tech in the late 90s and 2000s was pretty significant so hopefully someone will do the work.Spanky Deluxe (talk) 16:25, 12 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
Please read WP:RS. IMDB, blogs and user generated material are not reliable sources. YODADICAE👽 16:27, 12 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
