Proposed merger with "Abortion in South Africa" edit

I propose that Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1996 be merged into Abortion in South Africa. My reasons are:
- Issue about abortion in other countries are usually dealt with in the "Abortion in [country]" articles.
- The content of the act article is essentially a duplicate of content already present in the abortion article.
- The article about the act was written after the article on abortion.
- The abortion article is not too big for the merger (and will not swell by much since most of the content is duplicated content). leuce (talk) 07:44, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose: this article is already detailed (if this was a stub you might have a case) and it discusses a specific act of Parliament. I see no reason to merge the article on a law with the topic the act legislates on. -- Hazhk Talk to me 00:12, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
