I believe that this article should not qualify for speedy deletion. This article was created by a group of students from National University of Singapore as a school project to understand NGOs. It is intended to be a factual account of what the NGO that the students identified does and its effectiveness. We are in no way affiliated with China Foundation of Poverty Alleviation. We created this page because we could not find related information about this NGO on Wikipedia while the CFPA is supposingly the most recognized NGO in China. We beleive that this article will be benefitial to researchers who intend to find out information on the Chinese NGOs. We also welcome any suggestion to make this page better instead of deleting it away. Zhangyi.nus (talk) 04:03, 11 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

I think a major omission of this article is lack of citation/reference of reliable secondary sources, and should be added where appropriate. For an NGO in China, establishing credibility is a major concern, and reliable secondary sources would fulfill the need. e.g. independently audited financial reports, or coverage by reputable foreign newspaper.
