Introduction needs improvement.

I came across this article, and the introduction is not serviceable. I think it needs to be completely rewritten, but I have no expertise. I don't know the best way to introduce this topic and establish the necessary context. Vapid Paragon (talk) 19:57, 18 February 2023 (UTC)
