The text reads a bit awkwardly with her three-word name repeated multiple times. Typically, we'd use only a surname after the first reference. Naively, I'd assume that "Lady Bird" is functionally a surname in this context, but it's plausible that we should treat her whole name more like a mononym (or less plausibly "Bird" could be a surname). I did a brief survey of some of the sources, and they all seem to use her full name. (Significantly, Canadian Art uses her full name in a sentence where they use other people's surnames: "... organizers such as Couchie, Davis and Chief Lady Bird...") Does anyone know if she's indicated how her name should be used?
