Incorrect Photograph
editThe photograph displayed as a 2003 Corvette 50th Anniversary Edition Coupe was, in fact, a 1998 Corvette coupe (as noted on its media caption). It did not have the proper color exterior or interior for a 50th Anniversary Edition. I have replaced it with a photograph of a proper car (my own) with options 1SC and Z25 denoting a true 50th Anniversary edition. --Xmtrman12 (talk) 17:43, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
Fuel economy
editMy 2004 manual transmission Corvette was EPA-rated for 19/28 mpg, not 18/28 as the article says. Perhaps the older C5s were 18/28? Any evidence of that? If not I will change it to 19/28 for all manual C5s. See window sticker. --ScottJ (talk) 21:00, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
Three body styles
editUser:Lasercbs has twice removed the FRC from the "Body styles" section of the infobox. As is clearly explained in paragraph 3 of the Summary section, there were three C5 body styles in the base (non-Z06) model: coupe (hatchback), convertible, and fixed-roof coupe (FRC). This is discussed in the automedia reference (The Immortal Corvette), though that source is inaccurate as to the timeline. --ScottJ (talk) 20:31, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- I concur on all accounts. Keep up the good work.—Mrand Talk • C 14:43, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

Front mid-engine
editC5 is front mid-engine, not sure why that was edited to “Front Engine”? Frcefed01 (talk) 02:16, 8 June 2023 (UTC)

Article Lead Section
editBack in February 2017, an notice was placed on this page about the lead section not adequately summarizing key points. I'd like to get an idea as to what those key points are, and then we can begin work on rewriting it to satisfy Wikipedia requirements. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1009:B17D:F2A6:0:22:51E4:8201 (talk) 13:58, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
