I've been a member of the community for over 17 years, and I did a complete rewrite of this article as the prior existing material was highly unpolished. I also cited current controversial issues, I feel they are pertinent in the article due to the pervasiveness of them in the community, nevertheless I attempted to cite all of them where I could find data. Unfortunately, the POACRE's website is very restricted and some information that would have been very useful is located in "members only" section of the site.
