Can I suggest that a more explicit explanation be given as to why this phenomenon is of interest? American cherry blossom front

Has any effort been made to track the progress of cherry blossoms in North America? Seeing as Georgia, Washington-DC, and Philly and New York (and NJ) have blossoming cherry trees, shouldn't someone be tracking the front in our country as well? 198.151.130.42 (talk) 03:14, 13 April 2013 (UTC)
