Mary Gilbreth

edit

I think that it should be noted - as i have in the article - that the Gilbreth's second eldest child Mary (born atfer Ann Gildreth and before Ernestine Gilbreth) died when she ate pizza and popcorn; the death was diclosed to the reading public in the Gilbreth's second book Belle's on Their Toes as a footnote. When the 1950 movie was made, the charecter of Mary Gilbreth was was moved back in the birth order, and her role reduced to appearing in group scenes with the other children in thecast. For the movie of Belle's on Their Toes the role was not cast, but references to the 12 Gilbreth children remained. Stude62 01:57, 6 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just so you know, Bellies on their Toes is a fictional book that only has some facts. Try to confirm your sources. 67.191.202.198 (talk) 02:37, 18 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Book or Film

edit

Is this page about the book, or the 1950 film? It is very poorly written and seems to switch arbitrarily between the two. 173.79.66.249 (talk) 00:23, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Adaptations update

edit

I don't know enough about it, but the Disney Plus adaptation is out and so that paragraph/section needs updating. Mrericsully (talk) 00:27, 19 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
