Chaukhutia is a part of Gairsain Capital Reign (GCR) future permanent capital of Uttarakhand it is middle of the state boundaries touches Distt. Chamoli, Distt. Almora and Distt. Pauri Garhwal some another projects are to be set up there:- () Tadag Tal Lake (with 2.5 KM long)- alternative of Nainital lake (2) Chaukhutia Airport big dynamic change there also (3) New Railway line from Ramnagar Marchula-Bhikiyasain-Chaukhutia- Gairsain -proposed (4) New State Highway from Delhi-Ramnagar-Marchula-Bhikiyasain(New road shortly opening)-Chaukhutia-Gairsain

    Possible extension route from Bhikiyasain to Gagas-Ranikhet
    another possible slip routes from Chaukhutia-Tadagtal Lake to Garur-Bageshwar/Kausani
    -possible tourist Destinations- Manila, Jaurasi & Gairsain etc. (Kausani to connect proposed road big tourist destination)
    -possible alternative routes of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers etc.
     From Delhi to Garhmuketshwar/Brijghat(with Gagna Snan- second Haridwar) to Ramnagar-Marchula-Bhikiysain(with new road)Chaukhutia-Gairsain -Karanpryag-Chamoli-Joshimath-Panudkeshar-Badrinath/Mana Village
     -slip route from Chamoli to Gopeshawar -Sonepryag-Gauriknud-Kedarnath
     -Second slip route is Pandukesar to Ghanghariya- Govind Ghat-Hemkund Sahib
     -Third Slip route from Pandukesar to Ghangariya-Valley of Flowers
