Full name - seems there are two versions but the [main birth one] has him as Frederick Charles. In the census he is just Charles, and the death he is Charles Frederick, and he is often referred to as C.F. Keetley in news articles. Am guessing Charles/Charlie was preferred over Fred/Frederick so the names were later reversed. Without seeing the actual original birth data directly I can't tell.
Death looks to be 1979, not sure of exact date.
Teams - seems he started with Alveston in the 23/24 season, though will need to check further when can buy access to records of Derby newspapers. Likewise with checking out the info re Stalybridge Celtic, and dates re Reading. But... I reckon its about correct as it can be. Cjwilky (talk) 20:53, 27 December 2012 (UTC)
