Date at which he will become CGRM? edit

The lede says that Stickland became CGRM in November 2017, but on 19 December 2017, when Prince Harry was announced as the new Captain General, he was described as CGRM designate when he & the current CGRM met Prince Philip and Prince Harry.[1] I have not yet been able to find a source which states when he will take up the post. --David Biddulph (talk) 01:53, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Apologies – I may have been a bit quick off the mark here. I cannot find a source for Stickland taking over the role either but the Magowan article includes cited information that suggests that Magowan is now in a new job. It may be that there is some sort of inter-regnum going on. Best wishes. Dormskirk (talk) 21:31, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
