Talk:Charles Lisle Carr

Surname edit

I'm perplexed about where the spelling "Carre" comes from. Who's Who, The Times, The Manchester Guardian and The Illustrated London News all consistently spell his name "Carr". See also here and here

Does anyone object to my moving this article from "Charles Carre" to either "Charles Lisle Carr" or (preferably, perhaps) "Charles Carr (bishop)" (there being a disambiguation page for "Charles Carr" tout court)? Tim riley (talk) 16:26, 23 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
