Dr Dibble "received the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle, the highest honor of the Mexican government." He is also known for translating the Florentine Codex from Nahuatl to English, a 30-year project.

Farmed an orchard near North Salt Lake, Utah for nearly 50 years.
