A charcuterie board is French and in France it is exclusively meat and breads and accompaniments like mostarda jams, pickles, fruit etc. The term has recently expanded, only in America, to include cheeses and crackers. Source- I called The Culinary Institute of America for verification and this exactly what they told me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:19B:D00:5E0:C05C:BC27:73FE:99A7 (talk) 18:22, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
