editchapter 7 states that the UN "may take such action by air sea or land to maintain or restore international peace and securirty"
Is this not going against every thing that the Montevideo convention 1933 stated about state soveriegnty. The treaty of westphalia out lined state soveriegnty and this chaper 7 seem to be encroaching on it
