Edits to Amoeba (genus)

The article had been flagged as a stub, needing references. In supplying citations, I found it necessary to rewrite quite extensively. Also, I have added a section on the complicated history of the genus & its name, and a section on recent phylogenetic work.

Summary of changes:

• Found citations to support claims in the existing article, and rewrote as needed. The often-repeated fact that Chaos can be up to 5 mm long applies only to one species, C. carolinensis, so I made that explicit.
• Updated taxobox, removing the obsolete phylum Sarcodina
• Removed paragraph on mitochondria. While the claim seems to be true (C. carolinensis can indeed have hundreds of thousands of mitochondria), and also notable (most cells have far fewer), the general discussion of the purpose & function of mitochondria, which made up most of the paragraph, does not belong in this article. I could not think of a way to insert the (admittedly interesting) fact concerning C's 500,000 mitochondria without interrupting the flow of other paragraphs (and the naked fact just seemed odd, standing on its own in a one-sentence paragraph). So, I removed that section, for now.
• Replaced the Bibliography (which contained only one text, on the general subject of mitochondria) with an External links section, linking to pages with more information about Chaos.
• Removed stub and refimprove tags
