Does the article violate copyright?

While I agree that my contribution "Chandler M. Brooks" is based on a single source, I don't believe that it violates the copyright of that source. I have gone through the article sentence by sentence. Where there are indeed stretches of words exactly in the source, these are of the nature of lists of facts that, by their nature, are not "particular expression". For example, a factual phrase like "destruction of the hypothalamic ventromedian nuclei produced obesity in rats" is a statement of scientific fact that can't really be said in any other way, except for trivial paraphrase. To summarize, precise scientific terminology, when it is generally accepted as the preferred way to state something factual, is not subject to copyright. I would ask you to reconsider -- or to point out to me specific passages that, in your view, go beyond specific facts (not copyrightable) and into particular expression (which is). Thank you.
