1) Besides 178 apportioned to the provinces, five deputies are elected nationwide, they are not included in the list. 2) Deputies are elected by open list form of PR (D'Hondt method); 'block vote' is only used for multi-member majoritarian systems. --Bancki (talk) 09:40, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
