Chakravarty is not just assamese or bengali surname

Chakravarty is also a punjabi surname that comes under arora subcaste. Chakravartys(formerly chikar) belong to mianwali biradari(currently in pakistan) and migrated to India after partition. Since the number of people is not as huge as bengalis they are often mistaken to be one. Editorializing tone

"Chakraborty's have been widely successful in all walks of life making them the creme-de-la-creme of the Bengalis."

This judgement--that people with a certain surname are the "creme-de-la-creme" of the Bengalis--is not supported by evidence.
