Contested deletion edit

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (this is individual is one of the largest players in the real estate market in Cleveland and has built up the largest portfolio of real estate in downtown Cleveland over just a few years - granted Cleveland is not a first tier city but he is a major player in the market - the biography in the Cleveland Plain dealer is the basis for the wikiarticle and I can add more news articles referencing him but I do not want to clutter things up - Anyhow I read notability as "Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it need not be the main topic of the source material") --Patapsco913 (talk) 14:40, 9 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Reads like a real estate venture offering edit

It is enough to say that an individual is a real estate investor. A recitation of buildings, square footage, purchase, and sales prices is not a biography. It is a prospectus. Rhadow (talk) 15:47, 25 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

The article says the optima is owned by his brother in law Flamingoflorida (talk) 21:52, 25 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

  • All the more reason to take a red pen to this article. The subject, then, is by definition, a hired hand. Notability does not derived from one's employer, father, brother-in-law, or who your tenants are. This is going to take some work. When I get time. Rhadow (talk) 00:23, 26 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Non notable person should be deleted completely the owner gave his brother in law a job not relevant article Flamingoflorida (talk) 00:32, 26 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

  • Whether the subject Chaim Schochet is notable would be the matter for group discussion and consensus (WP:AfD). In the mean time, I will pare the discussion of particular deals and repeated references. Here's is my approach to this style of bio: User:Rhadow#WP_is_not_the_Social_Register.
