The volcano consists of several lava domes and individual volcanoes such as Nocarane, - "volcano consisting of...volcanoes" looks/sounds odd.

If you could expand the Name section - expand on meaning of name, brief folklore, date from when name used, alternative names etc.

In para 3 of Geography and geomorphology section, maybe describe the complex and then the highest peak. COmes across as a little contradictory as is

The city of Arequipa with about one million inhabitants and infrastructure such as the airport, hydropower plants and reservoirs are within range of Chachani. - you mean "in range of a (Large? average?) eruption of Chachani. Also this section could do with some more explanation. Is the city directly downhill? are there valleys in between? Evacuation plan?

Yes, basically. As stated earlier in the article, Arequipa is at the foot of Chachani, but there is no evacuation map presumably because this volcano is not active. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 06:23, 19 September 2019 (UTC)

and the Geophysical Institute of Peru in 2018 began installing a monitoring station on Chachani - was it installed or only part-installed that year? If the former then "began" is redundant.
