The London Tower archive reveals that during the truce signed in the Belgian town of Bruges, originally called Trêve de Bruges (1375), the name of the city was Chastiamullan. In paragraphs 1 and 8 of the cited document, it is stated: «Forma treugarum, mediantibus Papæ nunciis, concordatarum. A. D. 1375. An, 49 Edw. III. Rot. Franc. 49 Ed. III. m. 21. In Turr.
