Hi, can someone elaborate on the things included in the banner? Other than the "sources needed" part, it's not clear to me what the points in the banner refer to (e.g. how do I know the author has a conflict of interest, which parts in the text are marked as grammatically incorrect, etc.) Marmun-King (talk) 14:23, 27 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
I would've seconded that, but I discovered by myself instead.
Looking at the history of the article, the first few edits were made by "CPPE Editor" who only edited this article (CPPE the abreviation of the article subject).
That's because this was offered as one of the pages to edit for people just starting out on Wikipedia, which is why the banner contents were confusing to me. Marmun-King (talk) 01:53, 6 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
ahhh, maybe that explains it, welcome to wikipedia then :).
The problem with the Conflict Of Interest will disappear I believe once it's been edited enough, changed from the version posted by CCPEeditor.
Sources are a really good way to do that - finding sourced material and including that information - taking out information that's not sourced from CPPEeditor's version.
I wonder if you could link me to that page recommending this page for beginners? I haven't found it through google.
