Proposal to remove the "misnomer" on the article description. edit
All regencies with "Buton" name are following its previous historical Buton Sultanate, and being seggregated with ethnical reasons. The majority Butonese citizen living eithin the current border of the regency. So the name "Central Buton Regency" refer to the Butonese ethnicity, not the Buton island itself.
It's also the reason why some part of "Muna Regency" located on Buton island and not integrated to the existing North Buton Regency. Fauzul Uzul (talk) 14:02, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
