This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... I cite 7 different reliable sources in it, including a collectors' Encyclopedia, that reference Cemar. (That should support inclusion in an encyclopedia). Cemar was representative of the early pottery industry on the West Coast, which is discussed in the main California pottery article that I link to. Designs originating with Cemar, meaning their molds, were bought and used by the Bauer Pottery which is linked, they are notable as well. The Cemar stuff is hot in the collectors' market, source cited. They were a popular brand at one point, see the magazine references. Just because it's an artsy-fartsy or Suzy Homemaker topic doesn't make it unencyclopedic. --OttawaAC (talk) 23:49, 3 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
