I'm confused about CK's birthdate, it's been changing here and also on IMDB. I know there is a link to the birthdatabase.com site saying she was born in 1959, but I have a copy of the NYT magazine article she was featured in last fall and it states her age as 46 (at time of publication, it would now be 47 if she were born in march 1960), not 48. Why would the New York times get this simple fact wrong? Her birth year has been on record as 1960 for a long time. If anyone can clear up why it was, and why it's now 1959, that would be great.

Karen Kersh?

"Catherine Ann Keener also known under the performing alias of Karen Kersh..."

This must be a fairly recent addition to this entry. What is the source of this information? I can find no other reference to it. Rich (talk) 04:46, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Benicio del Toro

The statement "she is now dating Benicio del Toro" is questionable. They have been seen together, but here's an excerpt from a recent interview: "Raising the subject of her love life, I am expecting a firm rebuttal. She does not disappoint. 'Go f*** yourself,' Keener says, hooting with laughter. I persist, bringing up recent rumours that she is romancing the actor Benicio Del Toro. She just scoffs incredulously. 'What? No, I don’t want to tell you anything, even if they are stupid lies.'" Filmography

Land of the Dead, and The Interpreter, are left out of her Filmography. In the Interpreter Ms Keener filmed at the U.N. Building in New York City. This was the first time the U.N. had allowed Hollywood into their building. Technically the Cast and Crew of the Interpreter were outside of the United States for the days they spent at the U.N. 'Land of The Dead'. Ms Keener played the character 'Motown'. She was in the Team sent to get back Dead Reckoning, (and turned in a fine performance too). Watch the Movie again and you will definitely notice her.Johnwrd (talk) 01:54, 12 June 2009 (UTC)

Every source I can find credits Krista Bridges as Motown in "Land of the Dead." There's a definite physical resemblance, but in the still photos, it looks like Bridges to me. Have you got a source that proves that Bridges is mis-credited and that that is actually Keener in "Land of the Dead"? And why would they do that? Rich (talk) 05:02, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Rich. You are entirely correct in saying Ms Krista Bridges played Motown. The mistake is mine. I hope Wiki will leave this exchange between us in as Ms Bridges and Ms Keener look so alike, they even sound alike. I apologise to Ms Bridges for this error. Picture looks ugly - not like her!
