Why has this started mid series?

Please explain why series 39 has "started" in the middle of the 'Storm Damage" block? I don't see anything official (ie in the BBC web pages) to suggest this is the case. Surely be better to start the new series in a few weeks (or later this year) once the new block starts? 84.68.119.1 (talk) 22:34, 24 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
