Merger
edit- Support The suggestion to merge this article with the alternate Castle of the Moors (Sintra) is based both on duplication and content replication. Someone added the original Castelo dos Mouros article in the Portuguese language, which I completely elaborated with content, citations, images etc., and which I followed with a renaming to English title. Following these changes, I discovered another article (this one) with the non-specific title (i.e. without the reference to Sintra), and realized that content should be merged. Owing to the article development in my expanded article on the Castle of the Moors (Sintra), I support the folding of the original older article. The result of the move request was: page moved (with history-merge). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 07:06, 16 October 2013 (UTC)
- Disambiguation unnecessary; histmerge might be useful as well —Ryulong (琉竜) 08:16, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
Not done histmerge :: WP:Parallel histories. The Moors built many castles; the disambig would be useful here. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 08:26, 15 October 2013 (UTC)- There are no other articles on the English Wikipedia with the title "Castle of the Moors" so disambiguation is not necessary. Seriously Anthony, why do you keep doing this with pages I've found that need moving? This was an uncontroversial technical request and you just keep overly complicating every single one I post.—Ryulong (琉竜) 08:32, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
- Support - there are no others in pt or es.wp either. In ictu oculi (talk) 12:40, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
