Would an interview with transcript with Caspar Weinberger from 1987 be useful here as an external link? fas.org link dead
I noticed while checking a reference that the fas.org link it cites is dead. I fixed that reference (changed it to another source) but the rest should also be checked, or the link should be changed to an Wayback snapshot or something. 50.0.136.56 (talk) 06:57, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
